Spotted on the Street: Foothills Edition

While taking a family outing in Coloma, California I happened upon this unexpected treasure.  A Land Rover Defender badged with various stickers and indications that it participated in the Dakar Rally, most likely as a support vehicle.  Given the difficulties in getting a Defender registered in the United States it must have a serious pedigree.
